Dr. Elyssa is a psychologist, author, speaker, and entrepreneur. Dr. Elyssa helps clients across the world who are interested in accomplishing important goals in their life, letting go of negative thinking and self-talk, and living their lives to the absolute fullest.  She also works with individuals who are experiencing difficult internal or external struggles, and want to learn ways to improve their thinking, their mood, and ultimately, their life!

Dr. Elyssa is a writer, subject-expert, Licensed Psychologist, and Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida.  She has been in the mental health field for over 10 years and has significant experience helping others through difficult times in their lives.  She  been in private practice as a psychologist in Tampa, Florida for several years, providing both individual and couples therapy, and is a subject-expert and Tampa Bay’s leading authority in the diagnosis and treatment of trauma, PTSD, other trauma reactions (anger, depression, anxiety, relationship issues), depression, anxiety, marital and couples therapy, and the administration and interpretation of psychological testing.
